NEWS ON THE HOUSE
Our Permits are back!!! It will be released soon, and they will start building. Sooner, than we were expecting... We won't have a time line until they actually release it, but we will keep you all posted. So we know that all of you are wondering what our new house is going to look like... So here it is kind of. Ours will be light brown with Dark brown sutters and Door. So it won't be quite as plain... But still a lot more house than we ever imagined we would have for our first home. It will be just short of 2300 sq ft. Yeah! Lots of room for the boys to run and play. It is a 3 Bedroom, 2 1/2 bath with a loft and den. It is right around the corner from a golf coarse and not too far from a lake. Now, we will finally have room to entertain. We look forward to having some great fun with our friends and family in our new home...

Wow, it looks perfect and so huge. I'm sure you will get used to that extra space in no time!
Oh okay, so this is your first house! How fun! I'm sure it'll be awesome to have. 2300 SF is awesome! You'll love having your own house. It's sooo much better than renting. And you get to paint the walls and decorate however you want!
Ooooo how exciting!! It will be so nice that it's NEW too.. Our house is over 50 years and while i'm So very grateful we were able to buy it I'm excited for the day we can buy a NEW house and choose the extras and such. I'm so happy for the two of you you desirve it! And by a golf course!! YAY Gavin and I will have to come visit for sure :)
Trinity was down last weekend and set up our family blogs in my "favorites" so now I can actually get to them to look at! Great news to hear that things are ahead of schedule...in the construction business that is wonderful! The house is exciting, but your two boys are adorable. I'll have to plan another trip up to see you guys before they're all grown up. Much love - Grandma
